Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style at TIFF is as Stylish as James Bond

Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style at TIFF Bell Lightbox aims to please. This James Bond exhibit explores the filmmaking process showing off the production design, props, costumes, and vehicles.

James Bond is about class, style, luxury, indulgence and sophistication. That is who and what James Bond stands for and this is what the Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style exhibit delivers in spades at TIFF Bell Lightbox. This James Bond exhibit aims to please.

All of this shown in the context of the below-the-line craftsmanship that has made the James Bond franchise what it is today. The art department, set decoration, props, costumes, special effects and picture vehicles all take center stage to not only give you a better sense of James Bond but a glowing front row seat to the filmmaking process.

The exhibit also includes several drawings by legendary production designer Ken Adam and models made by his art department team. Being in the company of his work was awe-inspiring.
